Legacy of Honor Marks Vets Day"Legacy of Honor'' is the theme of this year's 5th Avenue Veterans Day Parade, which pays tribute to veterans of all eras. President Bush is also celebrating Veterans Day in Manhattan, making one of his last visits to New York City as chief executive to formally rededicate the Intrepid museum.
