Flood Watch Issued Across Tri-State Area, Winter Weather Advisory Up North

Flood Watch For Tri-State Area
It's
a soaker. A flood watch is in effect for most of the Tri-State
area until late tonight. The National Weather Service has issued the
watch for all five boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk counties, and southern
Westechester. The watch is also in effect for parts of northeast New
Jersey and southern Connecticut.
