That is on top of the nearly $1.5 billion in bonds the teams have already been granted.
The
city's Economic Development Corporation says the Yankees are requesting
another $259 million in tax-exempt bonds and $111 million in taxable
bonds.
City officials say the Yankees have agreed to some
givebacks, which could include putting money into public parks and
infrastructure near the stadium.
