'SOPRANO' EX ADMITS DWI RAP

October 18, 2006 -- The ex-girlfriend of cop-slay-suspect "Sopranos" actor Lillo Brancato pleaded guilty yesterday to DWI, and will have to attend alcohol-abuse counseling sessions and pay a $500 fine.

Stefanie Armento, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor under the vehicle and traffic law that will leave her with no criminal record.

She was busted in March for allegedly engaging in a wild drunken car chase with cops on and off the Sheridan Expressway in The Bronx. Her blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit of .08, authorities said.

"Are you pleading guilty voluntarily?" Judge Troy Webber asked Armento at Bronx Supreme Court.

"Yes," said Armento, who sported a tight black suit and long flowing hair.

Earlier, she winked at her grandmother in the gallery as the deal was being struck at the bench.

Brancato, who co-starred in the movie "A Bronx Tale" and a season of HBO's "The Sopranos," and Armento's father, Steven Armento, are charged with killing a cop in a botched Bronx burglary in December. They've pleaded not guilty and their case is still pending.
