CLYDE'S MOMENT TO REMEMBER

There was a "Garden party" on Sixth Avenue last night when ex-Knick great Walt "Clyde" Frazierjoined an arena's worth of stars celebrating the upcoming TV series "50 Greatest Moments at Madison Square Garden," which debuts on the MSG Network Tuesday. The luminaries who descended on the IFC Center included another ex-Knick, John Starks, actors Billy Baldwin, Matthew Modine and Chaz Palminteri, Sports Illustrated model Fernanda Motto, NHL Stanley Cup winner Glenn Anderson and boxing writer Burt Sugar.
