RALPH Lauren is hoping to sell more than shorts in the Hamptons next summer. Sources tell The Post's Braden Keil that the fashion mogul is in talks to buy a marina with dining and lodging facilities, which he plans to convert into an exclusive club. The 5-acre waterfront property, East Hampton Point, is owned by builder/developer Ben Krupinski and is on the market for $55 million. The idyllic spread on Three Mile Harbor includes 14 guest cottages, a large nautical-theme restaurant, a full-service marina with 58 boat slips plus a pool and tennis court. Lauren did not return calls, while listing broker Judi Desidario would not comment.
