A BIT MORE MIAMI VICE
DETHRONED Miami club king Chris Paciello has been quietly released from jail and is living in a witness protection program as he prepares to take the stand to rat out several Mafia cohorts, sources told Page Six. The slimy ex-business partner of Ingrid Casares made headlines a few weeks ago when he refused to squeal on Alphonse "Allie Boy" Persico at the mob big's trial. Meanwhile, two unauthorized movies are being made about Paciello's unsavory past. One of them, "Mobs Over Miami," is set to shoot in Miami, Brooklyn and Staten Island. And it's not sitting well with Casares, who wants no association with him. Through her law firm, Grubman Indusky & Shire, Casares told us, " 'Mobs' is based on pure speculation and gross exaggeration. My involvement with Chris Paciello pertained exclusively to a very positive business relationship - nothing further. As proven by the authorities, I have no knowledge, or ever have, of Chris's criminal past. His decision to testify has absolutely nothing to do with me."
